The space can accommodate 125 people indoors and up to 350 when using indoor and outdoor space.

We have a preferred vendors list but you can hire your own vendors if you’d rather. We just ask that each vendor is licensed and insured.

Please no confetti or excessive glitter. And we allow a limited number of real flame candles.

For guest counts over 50 we include a wedding coordinator. If you have 50 guests or less and want a coordinator, you can add one for an additional fee.

Yes! Ceremony can be at one of two sites. Reception will be in the barn and surrounding covered patios.

The only setup you need to think about is for your own personal items. Personal items and alcohol can be dropped off the night before your wedding. We include up to 9 hours of access the day of your wedding. All guests & vendors out by 11pm. You can end later for an additional fee.

Yes! We have a bridal suite full of natural light, mirrors, and comfortable seating for getting ready. Our groom lounge is very comfortable with lots of entertainment.

We provide an indoor and outdoor bar. All packages include bartending services. Client provides own alcohol. Beer and wine is allowed. If client wants liquor then they must purchase a one-day license. We also provide a caterer’s kitchen. We do not offer in-house catering.

Yes! With imminent bad weather, your outdoor wedding can be moved to an outdoor tent or inside the barn at no extra charge.

A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is due at signing. Payments can then be made every 3 months or every month. Final payment of remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the event.

Initial payment is non-refundable. Remaining balance is refundable if event is cancelled no less than 8 months before the event date. Special Event Insurance is required.

Currently, we do not — but plans for on-site accommodations are underway. Nearby, there are highly rated places like The Holly & Ivy Inn and Trott House Inn.
